Terms of service
1. What NOVA is
NOVA is a private personal assistant run by its administrator for their household and people they invite. It is not a public or commercial service, and there is no charge for using it.
2. Who can use it
- Only people the administrator has given a NOVA login.
- Keep your login to yourself, and tell the administrator if you think someone else has used it.
- The administrator can change, pause or remove your access at any time.
3. Your accounts and information
- You decide which of your accounts (for example Google) to connect, and what each one shares. Only connect accounts you're entitled to use this way. For a work account, that includes following your employer's rules.
- Your information stays yours. How it's handled is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Using NOVA sensibly
- Don't use NOVA for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to try to get into information that isn't yours.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around NOVA's protections.
5. NOVA can be wrong
NOVA uses AI, which can misunderstand or make mistakes. Check anything important (dates, amounts, what an email says) before relying on it, especially for money, health, legal or safety matters. NOVA only drafts email, never sends it; check what it adds or changes for you.
6. No guarantees
NOVA is provided as it is, on a best-effort basis, by a private individual. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or stop. As far as the law allows, the administrator isn't responsible for losses from using, or being unable to use, NOVA. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't legally be limited.
7. Leaving
You can stop using NOVA at any time. Disconnect your accounts in NOVA, and ask the administrator to delete your login and information (see the privacy policy).
8. Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: addramyr08@gmail.com.
